All the goods in this web site are sold firm and meant to be assembled/installed professionally.
Gamma Computers cannot be held responsible for any fault arising from mishandling, improper use, modification, adjustment or electrostatic shock. If you have any doubt in how to handle the goods, please seek professional advice. We provide installation and repair service at a very low cost.

Return policy:
Goods can be returned under following conditions and in all cases we require a copy of the original invoice. Gamma may refuse to accept the goods for return if returned incomplete or without the proof of purchase. There is an administration fee of up to $40 for performing a history search to find your proof of purchase.

Faulty goods:
In lieu of any warranty, condition, or liability by law, Gamma Computer?s liability in respect of any defect in or failure of the goods supplied, or for any loss, injury, or damage attributable thereto, is limited to making good the replacement or repair of defects arising under normal proper use and maintenance arising solely from faulty design, materials, or workmanship within the guarantee period, if stated, or otherwise within 12 months of the date of supply, provided always that such defective parts are promptly returned to Gamma Computers, unless otherwise arranged. Gamma Computers shall not be liable for consequential or special damages under any circumstances. At the termination of the appropriate period all liability on Gamma Computer?s part ceases.

Gamma Computer?s liability under this contract and the warranty in this clause is confined to the buyer named in this contract, it being agreed that Gamma Computers has no liability to any purchaser of the goods from the buyer in that the buyer?s rights under the contract are not assignable without the prior written consent of Gamma Computers

All the goods we sell on behalf of their manufacturers are covered by a limited manufacturer warranty. There is always a percentage of failure in all the computer products and some may develop a fault at a later date.

Faulty goods can be returned for a warranty claim to Gamma. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost to and from Gamma Computers and we endeavor to arrange for repair or replacement of the goods within a reasonable time. Interim replacement or waiver of freight charges in some circumstances can be arranged at Gamma?s discretion.

The warranty is from the date of original purchase and replacement of the goods does not constitute a new warranty period. All the electrostatic sensitive devices such as processors and memory products should be packaged adequately and rapped inside an antistatic bag. This is the buyer?s responsibility to ensure that the goods will not suffer any further damage in transit back to us.

Non-faulty products:
Wrongly supplied/ordered products are also accepted for return if returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. We must be given a chance to put it right. If the goods returned within a reasonable time, Only at Gamma?s discretion we provide you with a store credit and where a cash refund is requested we will charge a minimum handling fee of $20 or 10% whichever is greater. This figure may increases if the goods are unpacked, used or older than 7 days.

Shipping:
Liability for shortages in the quantity of goods delivered is limited to making up the shortages. No claim for shortages in quantity will be allowed unless the customer gives notification of the shortage in writing within 7 days of the delivery and provides a reasonable opportunity for Gamma Computers to investigate the claim.

Goods leaving Gamma Computer?s premises are adequately packed. Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made against the carrier in the prescribed manner:
(a) Prior to acknowledging delivery to the carrier the buyer must ensure that the complete consignment as per the packing slip has been received.
And there is no shortage or visible damage to outer packaging.

(b) Within 7 days of receipt of consignment the buyer must ensure that all goods received are in good order and condition.

No claims will be considered after 7 days of receipt of goods. While no liability for goods damaged or lost in transit will be accepted by Gamma Computers details of any claim should be advised to Gamma Computers.

We encourage our customers to arrange for collection of the goods from Gamma and when the value of the goods are over our $1500 transit insurance cover, make your own arrangement for an extra cover for those goods.

Please allow at least 7 days for shipping.

Payments:
Goods ordered in this web site will not be shipped until paid for in full unless you are a current credit account holder with Gamma Computers NZ Ltd.

The goods remain property of Gamma computers until paid in full.

Failure to pay for the goods within the agreed time, Gamma reserve the right to repossess the goods at where ever those are hold the buyer is responsible for any reposition and shortfall in resell value of those goods.

Errors & Omissions:
Gamma Computers reserves the right to resolve any errors &/or omissions identified on the website at any time without notice. Errors may include but are not limited to; Incorrect Pricing / Product Information. Notification in regards to orders where Errors &/or Omissions have been identified by the Administrative Staff will be passed onto the buyer and a refund or a instore credit (valid for 6 Months) will be be made. Although a high standard of care is taken when updating & maintaining the product database to avoid inaccurate pricing / details, Gamma Computers reserves the right to dishonour orders involving products affected by such errors.
